OPNW 45-day return policy

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unhappy with a standard catalog item purchased from OPNW, you may return it within 45 days of purchase and you will be issued a credit equal to your original purchase price. We offer a 45-day money-back guarantee for all standard catalog products. Special order items, which would include printing and custom ordered furniture, cannot be returned unless defective. Due to safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns for any reason on food, beverages (including bottled water) and medical supplies.

All returned product must be in new condition and must be packed in the original manufacturer's box or container. All manuals, instructions and accessories must be included with the item. We reserve the right to reject the return if any of the above criteria are not met.
